If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please follow these steps:
1. Check with neighbors to see if the parcel was left with them.
2. Contact the local delivery office (listed in your tracking information) to see if the order is available for collection.
3. Check any safe location where the parcel might have been left.
If the order is still not found, contact the courier to open a Lost Parcel Investigation. The courier will attempt to locate your order and deliver it over a period of 14 days.
After 14 days, you will know whether the parcel has been found or is lost/stolen. If the order cannot be recovered, we will assist you in replacing your order. For further assistance, please contact our support team using the Submit a Request button under this article.
