or update it via your self-service account.
If the order has already been shipped, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier, as they may be able to assist in updating the address—provided the package has not yet been delivered.
Once the order leaves our hands, we no longer have control over the package. That is why we kindly ask customers to double-check their shipping details at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes after the order has shipped.
