- Contact our customer support team using the Submit a request form under this article.
- Describe the package you are returning and the nature of your complaint in as much detail as possible. Be sure to include your order and/or invoice number.
- You will receive a message with information on where to send the product(s).
- We ask that you return the undamaged product, where possible, in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a credit note for the returned products. The credit note will reflect your purchase amount less our incurred delivery costs. You may elect to either apply the credit note towards the purchase of an additional product or you may request a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to obtain an additional product, you will need to place a separate order.
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and not eligible for return or refund.
