- Contact our customer support team using the Submit a request form under this article or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Describe the package you are returning and the nature of your complaint in as much detail as possible. Be sure to include your order and/or invoice number. We also kindly ask you to include a picture of the goods you are going to be returning.
All countries, except the US: You will receive a message with information on where to send the product(s).
Clients in the US: Once you inform us of your wish to return the products, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label to use for the return. The shipping label costs $9 (nine US dollars), so this sum will be deducted from your refund.
- We ask that you return the undamaged product, where possible, in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund for the returned products. Kindly remember that for clients in the US, $9 will be deducted from the refund as the return shipping costs. All refunds are issued to the means of payment that were used for the initial transaction.
Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to obtain an additional product, you will need to place a separate order.
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are considered final and not eligible for return or refund.
