We are unable to accept opened or used items for return. An item is considered "opened" if the original safety seal, protective seal, or hygiene seal has been broken or removed. Unopened items, however, may be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery for a full refund, less the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued as soon as the products reach our warehouse.
To return your items, please contact our customer support team either by using the Submit a Request form linked in this article or by emailing info@moerie.com. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.
When submitting your request, please include:
- A clear description of the items you are returning
- The reason for your return
- Your order and/or invoice number
- A photo of the items you wish to return
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
We are unable to offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, a new order will need to be placed.
